It was are first time here and all I can say is awesome place to go eat some delicious and authentic tacos. They had from mild to spicy sauces. Absolutely loved the hot sauce for my tacos de lengua. 10/10. Definitely coming back again with my family.
The food is delicious! Pretty sure they hand make their tortillas and the their salsa is so good. If I could afford it I'd eat here every day!
During autumn days I always come back to this place for their Tortilla Soup. Although I normally hate anything sweet I ended up having a Passion Fruit Aguas Frescas that was not too cloying. I enjoy bringing my clients from Mexico here to make them feel more at home

Literally the BEST tacos I have had in a LONG time. And the tortilla soup was on another level. The owner shared that it is seasonal. They have it the first day of fall through the first day of spring. If you are near Winnetka it is worth it. And you should also try a refreshingly homemade Agua Fresca! Everyone who worked there was so kind and attentive and helpful. I accidently dropped my spoon into the trash while exiting and offered to get it out. They were so gracious and took care of it without making me feel silly for the mistake.
food is always fresh and delicious. service is always friendly and quick. As a realtor in the northshore, this place is a go to for lunch and dinner with clients. So conveniently located in the laundry building which also has starbucks and my office!
